Alexander D Great - the reigning UK Calypso Monarch and WOM@TT Best of British Award 2010 winner brings you a brilliant steer on topical matters, great musicianship,'overproof' lyrics and irresistible dance tracks.

This is a world class event! Not only does Alexander D Great write his own on point lyrics and music he also composes for many others and several of the recent calypso monarchs have won with Alexander D Great songs.

Kiki B is a Junior monarch - just 14 and the Soca Divettes are back by poplular demand alongside Vee Vee and G Sring who give you a flava of what carnival and calypso are like when it gets really hot!

AdG has several excellent CDs out - the most recent being The Finest Cut with both humourous and ascerbic tracks that are topical for now as well as when it was recorded a couple of years back. Lash Dem Lara is perhaps one of ADG's finest tracks as well as his winning 2010 calypso 'Haiti' .

Alexander D Great is renowned worldwide and also is Calypsonian in Residence on several BBC stations - called at the drop of a hat to extemporise on the daily headlines.
